COMPETENCY-BASED PERSONALIZED LEARNING: Laying the Foundation for Competency-Based Grading
During this presentation, we will present the six foundational elements to have in place when moving toward competency-based grading including reflection questions and self-assessment rubrics. The objectives for this session are the following: 1. Defining "competency" and "competency-based learning. 2. The six elements of competency-based grading and how to evaluate the current state in each.
