In this session, we will take time to stop and intentional plan for and gauge success of all of our hard work. Many times we fall into the habit of continuing to do things without checking first to see if that hard work is resulting in what we’d like it to. We’ll start by analyzing what we’re doing now based on the amount of effort it takes and the amount of impact it makes. Then, we’ll learn some easy-to-follow steps to address any question you may have with meaningful data, and finally, we’ll work through a framework that can be applied to any strategy to intentionally plans to check on the success of our work and efforts.
