During times of change it can be difficult to maintain an anabolic culture that serves to calm the fears, tame the assumptions, meet the needs, and maximize the strengths of the school community. In this session we will explore the Change Curve, assess our F.A.N.S. and participate in a culture building activity designed to support a positive team culture during times of change.
